Creating your account is simple and takes less than 2 minutes:

  1. Download the ParkingSpotPay app from your device's app store
  2. Tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen
  3. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  5. Add your vehicle information and payment method
  6. You're ready to start parking!

Starting a parking session is quick and easy:

  1. Open the ParkingSpotPay app
  2. Allow location access or manually enter the parking zone number
  3. Select your vehicle from the list
  4. Choose your parking duration
  5. Confirm your payment method
  6. Tap "Start Parking" to begin your session

You'll receive an immediate confirmation and can monitor your session in the app.

Yes! One of the best features of ParkingSpotPay is the ability to extend your parking session from anywhere:

  • Open the app and go to "Active Sessions"
  • Select the session you want to extend
  • Choose additional time (subject to maximum parking limits)
  • Confirm the additional payment

You can extend your session multiple times as long as you don't exceed the maximum parking duration for that location.

If you're experiencing technical issues, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  2. Check your internet connection (WiFi or cellular data)
  3. Restart the app by closing and reopening it
  4. Restart your device if the problem persists
  5. Clear the app cache (Android) or reinstall the app

Refunds are available in certain circumstances:

  • Technical errors: If our system malfunctioned and charged you incorrectly
